AIDA 1Discover Freediving
A one-day introduction giving you a solid foundation in the essential principles of freediving.
AIDA 2Beginner Freediver Course
A complete grounding in freediving technique and safety — theory, pool/confined skills and open water depth.
AIDA 3Advanced Freediver Course
Builds on AIDA 2 to increase your breath-hold time and depth with free immersion, free fall and advanced safety.
AIDA 4Master Freediver Course
Deep freediving beyond recreational limits, plus the skills to prepare for the Assistant Instructor role.
Our office is in Hurghada just for booking the courses & trips, but we run the courses in Makadi Bay because it is calm and protected from currents and waves. Transfer is included — we pick you up from your hotel anywhere in Hurghada and bring you back.
