Description
For those who are already certified freedivers (at least Level 1, or certified with another freediving organization) and are familiar with training techniques, we offer private training sessions. We coach freedivers to improve technique and give personalized advice on deep equalization, streamlined position, visualization, mental barriers and more.
Not only training — if your goal is fun without official line training, we also provide fun dives with filming and buddying.
Our day consists of 3 sessions: a stretching session, then two open water or pool sessions (your choice). Each session lasts one hour to a maximum of 1:30, and before we start we fill in the papers and do the stretching session. Open water sessions can be official training with buoy and line, fun dives with nice videos and pictures, or a mix.
Requirements
- Hold a freediving certification
- Be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental or guardian consent)
- Be able to swim

Quality
Our office is in Hurghada just for booking the courses & trips, but we run the courses in Makadi Bay because it is calm and protected from currents and waves. Transfer is included — we pick you up from your hotel anywhere in Hurghada and bring you back.
