Do I need previous experience to start?

No. The Discover Freediving day (AIDA 1) and even AIDA 2 can be taken as a complete beginner. You only need to be comfortable in the water and able to swim 100 m non-stop.

Where do the courses take place?

Our office is in Hurghada just for booking the courses & trips, but we run the courses in Makadi Bay because it is calm and protected from currents and waves. Transfer is included — we pick you up from your hotel anywhere in Hurghada and bring you back.

What is included in the price?

Manual, freediving equipment, insurance, certificate and round-trip hotel transfer inside Hurghada. Transfer from outside Hurghada is not included.
